Our confidentiality commitment
What you tell an investigator can be among the most private parts of your life. Protecting it is the first condition of our work.
Steps you can take
If the person you suspect can reach the same home, device or account, do not write to us from it; use a different phone and network. Make sure you clear call history and turn off lock-screen notifications. In TSCM cases contact us from outside the suspected space.

What we do
Confidentiality agreement
A written confidentiality agreement is signed before work starts. Team members are bound by the same obligation.
Minimum data
We ask only for information the work requires. We do not request unnecessary identity papers or documents.
Calls under an alias
You do not have to give your real name on the first call. Where identity verification is needed we do it at the agreement stage.
Secure communication
We suggest sharing sensitive information on a call or over end-to-end encrypted channels rather than by email.
File storage and destruction
The file is stored encrypted for the period stated in the agreement and destroyed at its end or at your request.
Closed to third parties
Information is shared with no third party except where legally required.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Could my information be disclosed in court?
Only where legally required and necessary for your case. In that situation we speak with you and your lawyer first.
