Online fraud inquiry
If your money is gone, first limit the damage and preserve the evidence. Acting quickly can change the outcome.
Do immediately
Call your bank to report and dispute the transaction; keep the account you paid and the payment receipt. Save the correspondence and screenshots of the listing or site. File a criminal complaint with the police or prosecutor. Do not send the fraudster more money; beware of anyone who says "we will help you get your money back", which is often a second fraud.
What do we do?
We organise the evidence, research the open-source traces of the fake site or listing (domain, listing history, repeating accounts) and support your lawyer's complaint. We do not guarantee getting money back.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get my money back?
We cannot promise that. Quick reporting and legal application may improve the chances; the outcome depends on the authorities and the concrete case.
