Divorce case evidence support

In a divorce case, evidence is the difference between claim and proof. We plan it with your lawyer, gather it lawfully and turn it into an orderly file.

Why does an evidence plan matter?

In court every event you allege needs proof. Which event can be proved by which evidence depends on the grounds of the case. So at the start we define with your lawyer what information is needed; we do not collect unnecessary or risky information.

The observation report, witness statements and official documents are assessed together. If needed, a team member can be heard in court as a witness about events observed.

We listen to your situation, goal and the information you hold. There is no charge at this stage and nothing is shared with third parties.

  2. Legal suitability check

We check whether the request can be carried out by lawful methods. Where needed, we define the scope together with your lawyer.

  3. Plan and agreement

Scope, duration, team and reporting are set in writing, and a confidentiality agreement is signed.

  4. Fieldwork and analysis

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you work without my lawyer?

We can, but for the evidence to be usable in court we strongly recommend lawyer coordination. We can also guide you in finding a lawyer.

Can a detective be a witness in court?

The person who made the observation can be heard as a witness about what they saw. We settle the conditions with your lawyer.
