Observation report for custody cases

In custody cases the court looks to the child's best interest. Our observation report is a support that gives this process orderly and lawful information.

Important note — In custody matters courts often rely on a social investigation report prepared by a pedagogue or social worker. Our report does not replace it; it gives complementary information to your lawyer's file.

What do we observe?

Matters such as the parent's attention to the child, the child's care routine and the surroundings in public places are observed only in public and with respect for the child's privacy. Photos of the child are not taken outside the frame agreed with your lawyer.

Frequently asked questions

Is the report enough on its own in court?
