Spouse surveillance and infidelity investigation
If you have doubts, learn by observation rather than living on guesses. Observation is done in public places, lawfully and with a timestamped report.
How is spouse surveillance done?
First your spouse's usual daily routine, commute times and the periods that seem suspicious are defined with you. The observation team then works in public places on the planned days and hours. What they see is written with time, place and photo or video records, timestamped.
No contact is made, no one is intimidated and no private property is entered during observation. The team aims to stay unnoticed; if the risk of detection rises, it pauses the work and informs you.
Legal frame
Breach of the duty of fidelity is among the grounds for divorce in the Turkish Civil Code (for example TMK art. 161 adultery and art. 166 breakdown of the marriage). There are statutory time limits for filing; we therefore advise speaking with your lawyer without losing time.
Wiretapping, reading messages, placing hidden cameras in a home or tracking by GPS without permission is unlawful, and such evidence often fails in court. We do not do these.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How many days of observation are needed?
It depends on your spouse's routine and the suspect period; most cases are planned for a few days to a few weeks. The scope is written in the quote.
Could my spouse notice the surveillance?
The team aims to stay unnoticed, but the risk is never zero; if it rises we pause and consult you.
Will you look at their phone or messages?
No. These methods are offences and can invalidate the evidence.
What if no infidelity is found?
We report that too. A suspicion not being confirmed lets you decide with clear knowledge.
