Every case runs through the same five steps. This order protects confidentiality, lawfulness and the reliability of the evidence.
Why a legal check first?
The method used decides whether the information gained can be used in court. So before fieldwork we settle the method and, if needed, define the frame together with your lawyer.
Communication during the work
You have a single point of contact throughout. The frequency of interim updates is written in the agreement. In TSCM cases communication runs through a secure channel away from the space and devices to be swept.

Initial call
We listen to your situation, goal and the information you hold. There is no charge at this stage and nothing is shared with third parties.
Legal suitability check
We check whether the request can be carried out by lawful methods. Where needed, we define the scope together with your lawyer.
Plan and agreement
Scope, duration, team and reporting are set in writing, and a confidentiality agreement is signed.
Fieldwork and analysis
Observation, open-source research or technical inspection is carried out. Every finding is logged with a timestamp.
Report and handover
Findings are delivered as photos, video and a written report, structured so they can be used in legal proceedings.
