Digital evidence preservation
Evidence weakens the moment it is altered. Digital records can be deleted or changed, so they must be preserved correctly.
How is it preserved?
The content is recorded as it is: along with the screenshot, a record showing the date, time and link; the email header information; the file in its original form and, where needed, the file's digest value (hash). The record is supported by a minute and a handover document to the person concerned.
Legal value
Admission and weight of digital evidence is for the court's discretion. In important cases, routes such as notarial verification or evidence gathering through the prosecutor are therefore considered with your lawyer.

Initial call
We listen to your situation, goal and the information you hold. There is no charge at this stage and nothing is shared with third parties.
Legal suitability check
We check whether the request can be carried out by lawful methods. Where needed, we define the scope together with your lawyer.
Plan and agreement
Scope, duration, team and reporting are set in writing, and a confidentiality agreement is signed.
Fieldwork and analysis
Observation, open-source research or technical inspection is carried out. Every finding is logged with a timestamp.
Report and handover
Findings are delivered as photos, video and a written report, structured so they can be used in legal proceedings.
