Delete nothing
You may want to delete a disturbing message, comment or profile, but record it before deleting. If the content is removed the evidence may not remain. Blocking is a separate step and can be done after recording.

- Show date and time
- Show the username and profile link
- Capture the whole exchange without losing context
- Note the link addresses separately
- Keep original files without deleting them
Platform and prosecutor
You can apply to platforms for content removal and account reporting. Identifying the harasser depends on platform records and subscriber data, which are reached through the prosecutor and the courts. A criminal complaint is therefore important.
Protect yourself
Change your account passwords from a new, safe device, turn on two-step verification and review your privacy settings. If there is a physical threat call 112 or 155; ALO 183 and KADES also exist. See the fake profiles and harassment page for more.
